Annual Report 2021

During our well attended AGM with guest speaker Ian Bryce -President of Nairn Rotary Club, Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau published their Annual Report for 2021, reflecting the triumphs and challenges of the last 12 months.

Nairn CAB volunteers have contributed almost 10,000 hours to help almost 1,500 clients during 7,529 contacts. With 13,798 pieces of advice given, we have help clients to access just shy of £1.5 million

During the AGM, Gill Maclean thanked everyone who volunteers and works with Nairn CAB and said “More than ever I appreciate the great Team we are – flexible, adaptable, agile, willing to do whatever it takes to help a client.  We have a super Board of Directors.  We have people who vol behind the scenes to help keep the bureau running smoothly, to promote the services we offer, do fab window displays to raise awareness of important issues, case workers, advisers…receptionists…
